Where Children Sleep
As we start to develop the interior side of naughts & crosses i thought it was as good a time as any to start posting inspiration, decor and anything else i think you might be interested in!
Starting with the new book i just brought titled "Where Children Sleep" by Chris Boot, it is a collection of James Mollison's photographs of childrens' bedrooms from around the world.
The book has been designed to appeal to readers of all ages, with the texts apparently prepared with an audience of nine- to thirteen-year-olds in mind.
"I hope this book will help children think about inequality, within and between societies around the world," says Mollison in his introduction, "and perhaps start to figure out how, in their own lives, they may respond."
It's not your typical "pretty interiors' book, but i was just so taken by it so here are a few examples from this really interesting and thought provoking book:
